SHIPPING
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California and yes, we deliver internationally!

All orders are processed within 1-2 days and dispatched the following business day.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. Kadïmah is not liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
For domestic orders, we offer a standard flat shipping rate of $10.00

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We offer standard shipping rates depending on the country. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the items in your cart.

We do have expedited shipping options with UPS, and standard USPS and can take between 7-21 days. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification via email regarding the progress of your delivery. This will include a tracking number so that you can track your order via the carriers website.

CURRENCY, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that all payments made on this site are in U.S. dollars. Kadimah ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and does not cover any customs, duties or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are at the receiver’s expense. For further information regarding payable customs, duties or taxes please check with your relevant customs authority.

GIFT CARDS
To purchase a virtual gift card, please click here. Gift cards purchased online are delivered via email. Simply select your preferred value, include the recipient's name and email and the virtual gift card will be delivered to the gift recipient's email once checkout has been completed.

Gift cards can be redeemed on all products on Kadïmah’s online store. If the whole amount gifted is not redeemed all at once, the remaining balance will be available to use on a future purchase using the same gift card code. If the order total exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card.

Please note that gift cards are non-transferable or refundable if unused. All full priced items purchased using a gift card are eligible for return in exchange for store credit. Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Sales taxes, customs and duties and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Kadïmah gift card

Kadïmah is not liable for delivery of a virtual gift card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure recipient details are correct upon checkout. Kadimah is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try our hardest! If you have made an error in your delivery address please email support@kadimah.co.

Kadimah garments are designed to float gracefully down the body - not fitted, rather elegantly flattering to emphasize the beauty of the fabric and the natural curves of your body.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Kadimah offers exchange or store credit on all full price purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed, your package will not be processed and will be returned to you.

Where a store credit is issued, it will be at 100% of your order value, excluding any shipping costs. Credits will be sent via email once your return has been processed, and will then be available to use immediately through our online store. Exchanges are available for alternative sizes only and are limited to one time per order. If you would like to exchange one item for another you must first return the original item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Kadïmah does not cover the cost of return shipping.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
For any return requests, please email support@kadimah.co. Returns are processed once per week. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with details on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please then return your item(s) within 7 days of submitting your return request, as we are unable to accept late returns.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free from dirt, dust, makeup, hair, any fragrances or other foreign odors including smoke. Items must be folded neatly and returned with all tags in place within 14 days of original delivery date. We ask that you include either the invoice or a copy of the invoice along with a written note of reason for return and what you want in return if you are seeking an exchange. If you are unable to include the invoice, we need a note with your order number, reason for return and what you want in return. Kadïmah will review the item(s) returned and if they meet the conditions of our returns policy your exchange or store credit will be approved and processed. Returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures can not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Kadïmah does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes. We recommend using a trackable method of return shipment and cannot process or accept liability for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery.

Please note if you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit, pending the total amount of the item(s) you are sending back

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
For any faulty or damaged items, please email support@kadimah.co so that our Customer Care team can look into the issue and arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced. Please also include a photo of the issue so our team can assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Faulty or damaged items will need to be returned in an otherwise original condition. Once we have received the item we will assess the fault and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund inclusive of shipping costs will be issued.

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use or incorrectly washed, are not considered to be faulty or damaged. Our fabrics should be handled with care, for more information on how to care for your Kadimah pieces please reference the care label on each garment.
